It was great to welcome Defence Minister Luke Pollard MP to a roundtable with local defence companies.
Participants repeatedly called for greater certainty over their ability to supply British-made goods to the British Armed Forces and urged the Government to make it easier for small local businesses to bid for defence contracts.
Hamble Valley is home to many small, medium-sized and large defence companies, and it was excellent to showcase their work to the Minister.
