Paul asks Energy Minister about decarbonising the UK's energy supply

At questions to the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy today, I asked the Minister about the progress that the UK Government is making on decarbonising our energy supply. 

This process is absolutely essential to not only helping us meet our climate targets but also to make our future cleaner, and greener.
