Yesterday I spoke in a Westminster Hall debate on Government support for park homes—an important part of our housing market that’s too often overlooked.
It was great to see strong cross-party support, with many colleagues recognising the need to do more for residents.
We discussed the Mobile Homes (Pitch Fees) Act 2023, the wider cost pressures people are facing, and the 10% commission on park home sales. The Government is now looking at these issues more closely, and I look forward to seeing what is brought forward.
