Avoidance and inaccurate information was all I got in response from the Home Secretary when I questioned how many of the 'new' neighbourhood officers where in fact just being re-diverted.
Perhaps someone should explain to the Home Secretary what 'new' actually means before she takes the floor at the despatch box.
