Paul raises concerns around Henry Nowak's death

A young life tragically stolen - my thoughts go out to Henry Nowak's family and friends during this heartbreaking time.

But thoughts and prayers will not bring him back. This vile murder has shown the need to investigate the conduct of Hampshire Constabulary to ensure something like this never happens again.
