Lovely meeting Hanif who owns Hedge End Gym.
A great little gym that aims to have a community atmosphere and a nice little space. Great value. It was great to meet Ollie too, one of the PTs, Hanif wanted to see me about business rates, NI and other taxes affecting small businesses. But if you’re in need of support of a fitness journey give them a visit!
